Inna Shapovalov assists clients from all over the world with complex immigrations strategies in U.S. business investments and start-ups,  professional visas, consular interviews, deportation/removal, asylum as well as family immigration cases.

Inna Shapovalov has lectured on US business and immigration law at seminars in the US and Latin America. She has made numerous presentation on immigration law at various community organizations, including St. Vincent Catholic Church in Margate, Florida, where she provides pro bono legal services on a monthly basis. Inna Shapovalov is a member of the Florida Bar,  the California Bar and the  Federal Bars of the Southern District of Florida,  the Southern District of California and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Inna graduated from the University of Illinois and California Western School of Law. She attended academic programs at Heidelberg University in Germany and the University of Tel-Aviv,  Israel.  She worked with the Centro de Asuntos Migratorios in San Diego, California as well as Inland Counties Legal Services in Indio, California. She is fluent in several languages, including Russian and Spanish. 

Edward Boreth began practicing law in California in 1993. He represented clients in a wide variety of criminal cases at the Office of the Public Defender, Broward County, Florida. He has focused on immigration law since 2000 and has helped hundreds of people with both simple and complex immigration cases. 

Edward Boreth is former co-host of "Around the Wicket", America's only radio talk show on cricket. He currently speaks about immigration issues as a featured presenter on the Gospel-in-Charge radio show on WAVS.  Edward Boreth has a regular column on immigration in Desh Videsh magazine.

He is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar, the California Bar, and the Federal bars for the Southern District of Florida, the Souther District of California and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Edward is a graduate of Tulane University and California Western School of Law.
